Hollywood Musical: Singin' In The Rain (1952)

Singin' In The Rain (1952) is absolutely refreshing to watch on screen. Gene Kelly's energy seems to radiate to the audience. This song-dance number is so influential that even a brand of diaper used it as a parody of their TV commercial. The Philippine king of comedy Dolphy himself is a big fan as we can see him performing the song in his various TV and stage appearances. 65 years after it was first released, Singin' In The Rain sustain its popularity which was passed on to the new generation of movie audiences. It is definitely the most loved and the best musical film ever made!
